Carol has been in outside sales and marketing her whole life. She began her career in Atlanta Georgia in 2000. She received her North Carolina Broker license in 2011. She became a South Carolina Broker 2018.

Growing up in Charlotte NC, Carol and her family vacationed in Hilton Head as a child, and grew to love the area. She attended Western Carolina University in the Western Carolina Mountains and majored in Sociology.

Prior to moving to Hilton Head she sold real estate in Roswell/Alpharetta/Milton Ga specializing in Equestrian properties and lived in Cashiers NC selling Mountain Resort Properties.

Carol is an Accredited Buyers Representative ABR and CRC Certified Relocation Specialist.

She has a vast knowledge of land and home sales. She is knowledgeable in golf and gated properties, equestrian properties, new homes, historic homes , mountain homes and beach and waterfront properties. She is presently building a home in Cashiers NC. She was a prior member of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World and Christie's Great Estates, global networks of luxury real estate brokerages.

"My husband and I love living in Sea Pines Resort in Hilton Head. When not showing property, I enjoy riding our horse Sid who we keep at Lawton Stables in Sea Pines. I also enjoy spending time with my husband, friends, family and two dogs.
